1. Choose the trip you interest by the date and time you prefer. Then fill in the personal information in the form. After the personal information and message has been send to us, we will contact you back as soon as possible for more informations.
2. After chosen the tour package and personal information, we recommend that “our customer should prepare for the payment step for the tour package” follow the instruction from reply E-mail.
3. During the payment action, the traveler name or group will be place on the booking page then we will let you know by sending the “confirmation letter”, “payment bill” and “Travel voucher” to ensure our customer.
4. We will remind and orient our traveler when sooner of the travel period.
5. Note that* we may refund the money back incase of unexpected situation or the number of travel member is less than the tour standard.
